I already have several versions of healthy meat salads. This time, I'm offering another very tasty recipe.

Boil the eggs and carrots. Separate the egg yolks from the eggs.
Add skimmed milk curd (or yoghurt), mustard, a little honey, turmeric, herb salt, and garlic to the egg yolks. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.
Chop or grate the egg whites. Cut all the other ingredients, combine and add the spices.
Mix the salad with the prepared "mayonnaise" - ready.
