Zucchini pizza with tuna (pan)

How good that zucchini can be bought all year round. One for two and a delicious pizza ready for breakfast!

 20 g Zucchini
 2 Eggs
 17 g Garlic
 70 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 50 g Lean cheese 10%
 90 g Cherry novels
 20 g Scallions
 130 g Tuna in its own juice
 30 g Pūre adjika
 Spices of your choice

Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt so that it melts.

Squeeze zucchini liquid, add eggs, garlic, flour, spices, mix. With salt carefully! Add it to the zucchini after grating it.

Spread the pan with oil, put the mass in the pan, smooth.

Bake at a very low temperature under the lid on one side for ~ 15 min.

Grate the cheese, cut the green onions, squeeze with a fork tuna, cut in half cherry tomatoes.

After ~ 15 minutes, the pizza base is turned upside down with a plate and smeared with adjika.

Put tuna, tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put the lid on and bake for another ~ 10 minutes until the base is fried from the bottom and the cheese melts.
