Avocado green pea and spinach soup

How I like these "Smart Grains". One, two and a delicious meal ready!
Boil 1.5 liters of water and put Smart Grains in it. Boil for 12 minutes on medium heat.
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and place in the microwave for 5 minutes (to max power - to keep the pumpkin pieces soft).
The "smart grains" are removed from the heat, add salt and set aside for ~ 3 minutes.
Remove the grain from the sachet, pour off the excess liquid, pour into a pot, where they add the soft pumpkin, spices, mix and sauté for ~ 5 minutes.
Stir in the blue cheese cut into small cubes. Stir to dry.
