I have been dreaming of fish cutlets for a long time. And here they are.

Grind the pike fillet.
Peppers, greens finely chop.Mix everything, add eggs, rice, cheese, squeezed garlic, spices.
Put on a baking sheet with a spoon and form beautiful "burgers".
Bake at 180 degrees ready. Served with cauliflower-pumpkin puree.
