 170 g Cream cheese "Latgale"
 40 g Basmati rice (or other cereals)
 90 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 25 g Dill
 10 g Parsley
 Garlic, spices to taste

Grind the pike fillet.

Peppers, greens finely chop.Mix everything, add eggs, rice, cheese, squeezed garlic, spices.

Put on a baking sheet with a spoon and form beautiful "burgers".

Bake at 180 degrees ready. Served with cauliflower-pumpkin puree.
