 1 Lavash (square, 120g)
 2 Eggs
 500 g Skimmed milk curd
 300 g Fruits, berries (I had 150g of yellow plums and 150g of raspberries)
 Vanilla, sweetener of choice

Cottage cheese is blended with 1 whole egg and the other egg white (the yolk is left to grease), sweetener, vanilla.

Sprinkle lavash with cottage cheese, put fruit and berries on top.

Roll out and place in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
