Cut the lavash into long strips ( ~ 3 cm) and then into thin strips ( ~ 1-2 mm).
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the curd, kefir, sweetener and baking powder and beat until smooth.

Add the chopped lavash and baking powder and mix.
Place the dough into the baking tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.
