 4 Eggs
 300 g Cherries
 120 g Banana
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 120 g Wholegrain lavash "Prima food" (120 g)
 100 g Kefir 2%
 8 g Vanilla sugar
 1 tsp. Baking powder

Directions

Cut the lavash into long strips ( ~ 3 cm) and then into thin strips ( ~ 1-2 mm).

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the curd, kefir, sweetener and baking powder and beat until smooth.

Pit the cherries and cut the banana into small pieces.

Stir the cherries and banana into the egg-curd mixture.

Add the chopped lavash and baking powder and mix.

Place the dough into the baking tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.
