Vanilla curd casserole with raspberries
Curd casserole without flour. With delicious, sweet raspberries! Sinless and delicious!
The spread is good for diversifying the menu. For example, with tortilla or toast.

Put the salmon in a pan and stew until ready.
Boil the egg.
Mash the salmon with a fork, and add grated egg, chopped dill, cream cheese, spices, and mayonnaise.
Put the mass on the tortilla, fold it up and fry in a frying pan or grill pan. Or spread it on toast bread, put another slice of bread on top and bake it in a sandwich toaster.
Or just put it on a bun and enjoy!
Example of a portion with "toast" - 4 slices (80 g) of 100% rye toast and 1/4 (111 g) of salmon spread.
