Tarte "Sierelis" with cottage cheese and two types of cheese
I made this delicacy from what was left in the fridge. My "Slimming Team" affectionately called it "Siereli." May it stay that way!
I have many ways to cook a delicious and tender chicken fillet. One of them is frying the fillets in sesame seeds.

Mix the adzhika, mustard and honey.
Marinate the fillets in the adzhika-mustard-honey mixture and leave for at least a couple of hours or overnight.
Place the fillets in a thin bag or cover them with cling film (to avoid splashing the kitchen) and pound them with a meat mallet.
Heat a frying pan and drizzle 2-3 g of oil on it. Fry at maximum temperature.
"Dip" the chicken fillets in the sesame seeds and place in a frying pan. Fry for ~3-4 minutes on one side and ~2 minutes on the other.

Sweet and salty at the same time. I know some people don't like it. I do.

How I love these whole grain tartes! I definitely recommend you try it!
