 125 g Chickpeas (can also use lentils)
 50 g up to 60 g of water
 25 g Chia seeds (or gluten-free flour)
 17 g Oil (1 tablespoon)
 10 g Cumin (or other seeds)
 5 g Lemon juice (1/2 tablespoon)
 10 g Psyllium (psyllium husk)
 2 g Baking powder
Directions

Soak the chickpeas for 10-12 hours.

Rinse the chickpeas, add water and all other ingredients and whisk into a homogeneous mass using a blender.

Make a loaf of bread or a few small buns.

Place in the oven at 180 °C and bake until done.
