 80 g Kefir 0.5%
 50 g Cumin cheese 10%
 5 g Cornmeal (or rice flour)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, cumin spices of choice

Mix the egg with kefir, flour, salt, baking powder.

Add grated cheese.

The dough is poured into molds and baked ready at 180 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
