 70 g Almonds
 70 g Dried apricots
 70 g Dried plums
 70 g Dried cranberries
Ingredients for filling
 5 Beautiful whole strawberries
 100 g Strawberry
 100 g Natural yogurt or kefir
 5 g Gelatin
 30 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice (protein powder can also be used as a sweetener)
Directions

Blend the chopped nuts and the dried fruit into a sticky mass.

Divide the dough equally among the cupcake molds and make baskets. You can slightly moisten your hands to make the shape easier.

Put a whole beautiful strawberry in the middle of each basket.

Blend the remaining strawberries with kefir and sweetener.

Swell the gelatin. Then melt it in a hot water bath and add to the berry mass.

Fill the baskets with strawberry-yoghurt mass and put them to harden in the refrigerator. Store in the refrigerator.
