Whole grain pancakes with blueberries
Who had cottage cheese scones on Sunday morning, who had wholemeal pancakes with blueberries… :)
I want to share a very simple but very delicious salad, which will suit any dish both as a side dish and as a separate dish.
Cut the cabbage, cut the onion, cut into strips peppers and cucumbers.
Mix all the sauce ingredients and add the vegetables.
Mix the salad by hand, squeezing them slightly to form a juice.
