Risotto with pumpkin
Pumpkin time has begun. I have caught a huge, 15 kg of berries…. And well, it has to be put into practice!
It gives a great feeling of satiety and warms up on cool evenings.
Cut the pumpkin, celery, ginger, put in a pot. Add water and boil soft vegetables.
Blend, add the melted cheese and stir. The soup is not boiled, but heated.
Serving: stirring a spoonful (20 gr) of chia seeds in a warm portion, sprinkled with pumpkin and sunflower seeds (10g).
Ingredients: roasted pumpkin seeds. Of course, you can also toast rye bread
