 260 g Ripe persimmon
 100 g Natural yogurt (I use Skyr yogurt)
 50 g Milk 2% or kefir
 20 g Chia seeds
 Sweetener

Mix yogurt with milk, add here the seeds, vanilla, sweetener and whip. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.

The persimmon is cut into smaller pieces and blended.

Put the blended persimmon on top of the swollen yogurt. I divided it into 2 portions.

I topped up the previously prepared caramelized walnuts for a 5 g portion.
