Ingredients for White Cream
 250 g Fresh cheese “Ricotta Lago Maggiore” 6%
 150 g Culinary cottage cheese "Baltais"
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for Berry Jam
 250 g Various berries (fresh or frozen)
 50 g Water
 10 g Corn starch
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for Grilled oatmeal
 30 g Oat flakes
 15 g Honey
Directions

Put berries in a saucepan with 50 g of water add sweetener and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch, while stirring, heat until the mass thickens and until the "first bubble".

Grill oatmeal with honey. (I use a no-calorie oil spray). You can fry 10 g of butter, but then the calories will be a little more.

Mix the ingredients of the white cream.

Put in a dessert dish / glass: 1/4 of the white cream, 1/4 of the berry jam, 1/4 of the grilled oatmeal. Repeat in two rounds.

Repeat with the second serving.
