Potato - mushroom scones with cheese and green onion feathers
For a long time, I wanted to make something like this to show once again that we can eat potatoes, and this does not harm our weight.
Snacks between meals often want a snack. These cookies will be great for that.
Pour boiling water over the dates and leave for 30-40 minutes to make them soft.
Add 20g of melted butter, cottage cheese and soaked dates to the egg (drain the water from the dates) - all is smoothed into a homogeneous mass.
Add baking powder to the flour and add the egg-curd-date mass.
Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for ~1 hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide into 10 equal parts.
Save the balls (if they stick, moisten your hands), flatten, put on a plate. The fork can be printed with a fork. I sprinkled a little brown candy on the decor.
Put in the oven at ~ 180 degrees and bake for ~ 25 minutes.
