Peach tiramisu

Something incredibly soft and delicious!

Ingredients (baking mold 17x25 cm)
 500 g Peach puree
 180 g Cookies "Savoyard" (lady's fingers)
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 Sweetener
Ingredients for Cream
 500 g Fresh cheese "Ricotta Lago Maggiore" (6%)
 200 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 Vanilla
 Sweetener
Directions

Cut the peaches crosswise and submerge them completely in boiling water for 30 seconds.

Remove the peaches from the boiling water and dip them in ice water. Remove, peel and slice. Add sweetener and lemon juice and whisk with a blender into a smooth puree.

Dip Savoyard biscuits in peach puree for a few seconds and place in a mold (you can also pour the puree on top of the biscuits).

Cover the peach puree with half of the cream.

On top of the cream, put the second layer of soaked cookies, and the remaining peach puree, and cover with the remaining cream.
