Time for a delicious and healthy pizza again!

Cut the mushrooms and fry in a heated pan.
While the moisture evaporates from them, grate the carrots, cut the peppers, onions and add to the semi - finished mushrooms and sauté in a pan. Add a little water. Drain off any excess liquid and cool.
Grate both cheeses, cut the greens.
Grated zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and set aside to rest. Grate finely carrots, cut onions and garlic.
Zucchini squeezes the excess juice and add finely grated carrots, spices, garlic, eggs, flour.
The mixed mass is applied to a baking tray forming a round shape for the base ~ 30 cm. Put in the oven and bake for ~ 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the base, smear with yoghurt-adjika mixture and put on top of vegetables mixed with both cheeses.
Put back in the oven for ~ 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees to melt the cheese.
