 2 Eggs
 400 g Cukimi
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Flour (I had corn)
 15 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, Provencal herbs of your choice
Ingredients for top
 40 g Pūre adjika
 280 g Tomato
 20 g Dill, green onion feather
 120 g Cheese Power or other 10% cheese
 Capers (you can do)
 Seasoning on tomatoes: Mediterranean herbs

Grated zucchini.

Blend the curd with the eggs.

Zucchini is added to the egg-curd mass. Add spices, garlic, flour.

The mixed mass is applied to a baking tray to form a round shape for the base (30-32 cm meet.)

Put in the oven and bake for the first 10 minutes at 200 degrees (so that the zucchini liquid does not break out), then reduce to 180 degrees and bake for ~ 15 minutes (semi-finished).

Remove, smeared with adjika, put on top of tomatoes, sprinkled with Mediterranean spices, shrimp, capers, grated cheese mixed with dill.
