 130 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 120 Carrot
 100 g Cheese 10%
 60 g Onion
 30 g Parsley or dill
 Salt, pepper, spices, more greens if you want more

First, fry the carrots, peppers and onions. Set aside to cool.

Grate zucchini, add egg, flour, salt, pepper, spices, garlic, baking powder.

For the filling: grated cheese, mixed with stewed vegetables, spices.

Put the dough in a pan with a cup, which is minimally smeared with oil, smooth and bake at a very low temperature under the lid for ~ 10 - 12 min.

When the bottom is baked, turn the pancake over and bake it slightly on the other side.

Then place the filling on one side of the pancake, fold the pancake in half, press and let it simmer under the lid for another 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
