Potato pancake (pizza) with cheese
Who doesn't like potato pancakes and pizza? And if you combine them?
I just like cumin cheese. But it tastes just as great when baked by "hachapuri".
Blend the eggs with cottage cheese and kefir.
Add grated zucchini, cheese. Add salt, pepper, garlic. Stir in flour, baking powder.
Mix everything and put the mass in a lightly oiled pan.
Bake for ~ 10-12 minutes on one side, ~ 5-6 minutes on the other side.
