Zucchini "hachapuri" and salty cake

I just like cumin cheese. But it tastes just as great when baked by "hachapuri".

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 295 g Zucchini
 170 g Skimmed milk cheese (cereal)
 150 g Skimmed milk kefir
 1 tsp. Baking powder and / or soda
 200 g Cheese Ķimeņu 10%, (SIA Latgale, of course, you can also use other lean cheese)
 100 g Flour (I use corn flour
 15 g Garlic
 50 g Scallions
 Salt, pepper to taste
Directions

Blend the eggs with cottage cheese and kefir.

Add grated zucchini, cheese. Add salt, pepper, garlic. Stir in flour, baking powder.

Mix everything and put the mass in a lightly oiled pan.

Bake for ~ 10-12 minutes on one side, ~ 5-6 minutes on the other side.
