Banana muffins with cocoa and raspberries (without eggs and dairy products)

People who are unable (or unwilling) to eat eggs and dairy products are increasingly encountered. I am also trying to work in this direction.

Banana pies with cocoa and raspberries

 227 g Banana
 160 g Almond milk
 160 g Whole wheat flour
 100 g Berries / fruit (I use frozen raspberries)
 20 g Cocoa
 17 g Extra virgin olive oil
 8 g Baking powder
 Decor - white chocolate + milk and sublimated raspberries.

Blend the bananas into a powder. Add vegetable milk, oil, sweetener and mix again.


Separately mix flour, cocoa, baking powder.


Add flour to banana mass, mix.


Put the dough with a spoon in the molds, put the berries and put the dough on top again.


Place the tins in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for ~ 35 minutes.

Or put half of the dough in one large form, put the berries on top and the rest of the dough over it.
