Ingredients
 250 g Mushrooms
 183 g Carrot
 174 g Bell pepper
 166 g Onion
 70 g Greens (dill, parsley, coriander)
 50 g Prose
 50 g Green buckwheat (or buckwheat)
 50 g Rice (I use basmati)
 50 g Pearl barley
 600 g Water (may need a little more or a little less)
 20 g Extra virgin olive oil
 Salt, pepper, garlic, spices of your choice
Preparation

Cut mushrooms, onions, carrots, peppers and put heated in oil (20 g) and put in a deep pan (or saucepan) to fry quickly.

Rinse all the cereals several times and add the vegetables to the pan. Add water and cut off at a lower temperature.

After a while add spices, stir and sauté ready.
