 1.50 l Water
 880 g Cauliflower
 600 g Pumpkin
 200 g Smoked salmon or trout
 170 g Cream cheese "Latgale" (with smoked salmon)
 150 g Onion
 30 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper to taste

Cut all the vegetables, put in a pot, add water and sauté.

When slightly cooked, add the chopped, deboned salmon pieces, spices and cook ready - or blend only the vegetables and add the salmon pieces whole in the already blended soup).
