This is another variation of a delicious pie with pears and blue cheese. It's simply delicious, and I definitely recommend you try it!

Add the egg, kefir and sweetener to the oatmeal and leave to swell for ~20 minutes.
Cut the pear and blue cheese into small cubes.
Prepare the filling: add the egg white, curd, yoghurt, cornstarch, and sweetener to 2 eggs and beat until smooth.
Pour the swollen oat mixture into the baking tin and spread it out.
Arrange the pear and cheese pieces on top and pour over the prepared egg-cream-yoghurt mixture.
Place in the oven at ~170 °C and bake for ~40-45 minutes (until the top is lightly browned).
