So long ago on a holiday morning there was no breakfast with cottage cheese scones. And this time not sweet.

 1 Egg
 25 g Cheese Strongman (or other flat cheese)
 5 g Flour (I had corn flour, the amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the curd, if it is moist you may need more flour)
 ½ tsp Baking powder
 Salt to taste
Preparation

Add egg, grated cheese (you can also add greens), flour, baking powder to the cottage cheese: mix all the ingredients.

Make two scones by hand and bake in a pan under the lid at very low temperature. from both sides.
