Oat Polar Breads with curd and berries

Ingredients
 2 "Fazer street" polar breads (2 x 45 g)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd (or 250 g "Baltais" culinary curd)
 60 g Natural yogurt
 125 g Fresh raspberries (or 1 ripe banana, or other berries, other fruit)
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Mix the curd with the natural yoghurt, sweetener and berries - blend well.

Divide the curd mixture between the 2 Polar breads.
