 1 Boiled egg
 150 g Tomato
 130 g Canned tuna in its own juice (net weight)
 100 g Ripe avocado
 50 g Scallions
 Herb salt
 Lemon pepper

Grate an egg, mash avocado, tuna, add tomato cut into small cubes, greens, salt, spices and mix everything.

Spread on buns and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
