Oatmeal porridge with natural yoghurt and raspberries
Another different morning porridge, but as always very, very tasty and filling!
I often prepare this treat when I am “on a diet” while preparing for competitions. The main thing is that it is simple and quick to prepare! The total calorie content is only 360 calories.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Beat the egg whites into a light foam. Then add the erythritol and beat everything into a thick mass. Beat for ~2-3 minutes. Finally, stir in 10 g of cornstarch.
Place the mass on baking paper or a silicone mat, which MUST be greased with oil beforehand (so that the sponge cake can be easily removed afterwards) and spread to a height of ~1cm.
Place in the oven and bake for ~10-12 minutes (until the top is golden brown).
Remove from the oven. Place another piece of baking paper on top of the biscuit and turn it upside down. Carefully remove the paper (I use a long knife).
While the sponge cake is baking, prepare the apples: peel, cut into small cubes and mix with sugar and cinnamon.
Place the apples in a microwave oven for 5 minutes or sauté them in a pan. Allow to cool.
Prepare the cream: mix the culinary curd with the sweetener.
Cover the meringue biscuit with cream. Arrange the apples on top and roll up using baking paper. Place in the fridge.
