I like mushrooms, so I made a delicious and hearty porcini soup!

Pour water into the pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, spices and boil.
Cut the mushrooms, potatoes and carrot, chop the greens.
Place the mushrooms, potatoes and carrots in a saucepan. Cook until half-cooked, and then add the cauliflower cut into rosettes, green peas and pearl barley. Cook until ready.
At the end, add the melted cheese. Bring to a boil, add herbs.
