 1 Egg
 130 g Banana
 15 g Whole wheat flour
 15 g Cornmeal (only whole grains can be used, or rice and cornmeal if gluten is free)
 10 g Cocoa (11%)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Optional sweetener (if banana sweetness is not enough)
Directions

Blend the egg with the banana.

Add all other dry ingredients.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
