Banana pancake cake without flour

Of course, sitting in the "home" is more time to pamper yourself with something delicious, maybe unusual. Thus, the usual banana-bran pancakes turned into an extremely delicious and soft cake.

Servings1 Serving
Category, DifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 1 Egg
 129 g Ripe Banana
 20 g Bran (I use wheat bran)
 ½ tsp Baking powder
60 g Culinary curd "White" (or any other)
 40 g Natural yogurt Amphora 3.9%
50 g Cranberry jam (or any other sugar-free jam. I had cranberries in the fridge. The cranberries were boiled, blended with sweetener).
 15 g Peanut butter
 Sweetener
Preparation
1

Squeeze the banana and beat with egg.

2

Add the bran (it can be ground beforehand, but I didn't, leaving it coarse) and baking powder. Mix everything, set aside for ~ 10 minutes to allow the bran to swell.

3

Bake 3 pancakes in a very low temperature pan under the lid (I used a small metal ring to make sure the pancakes were all the same size).

4

Add a little warm water to the peanut butter and mix until the sauce is consistent.

5

Mix yogurt with culinary cottage cheese, vanilla and sweetener.

6

Make a cake - put the first pancake, a little yogurt-curd cream on top, then cranberry jam and peanut butter sauce on top. On top of the second pancake and repeat all the steps.

I smeared the surface and sides with the same cottage cheese-yoghurt cream.

Stuffed mini lavash with cheese and cottage cheese

Stuffed mini lavash with cheese and cottage cheese

If you are planning to go somewhere during the day, and public eateries, like me, are not your best friend, then you can quickly and easily make mini "pancakes" with cheese. Tastes equally good both warm and cold.
