Cold soup
After a hot day, cold soup is probably what is most in demand. And who doesn't know how to cook it? However, everyone has their favorite recipe. I have neither sausage nor meat… :)
The chicken fillet is dry and tasteless… Well, no, dear ones - taste this curry - super delicious and disappears very quickly from the plates!
The chicken fillet is marinated the night before in adjika and mustard.
On the second day, cut the chicken fillet and all the vegetables into strips,
Put chicken fillet in a pan and fry quickly, add chopped mushrooms, peppers, onions, and garlic. Bake, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, spices, a little water and sauté almost ready.
Add zucchini, curry paste, and coconut milk to the chicken fillet, mix everything, put the lid on, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add the couscous and sauté for another 10 minutes until the couscous swells.
