Ingredients
 180 g Skimmed cheese (I use a packet of cottage cheese)
 2 Eggs
 60 g Flour (I use corn)
 100 g Smoked chicken gyros (or chicken fillet or tuna)
 100 g Bell pepper
 100 g "Strongman" cheese (or other flat cheese)
 20 g Adjika Pūre (20g = 1 tablespoon)
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
Preparation (2pcs.)

Curd mixed with eggs.

Add sliced meat, peppers, flour, spices. Mix everything and put in a pan.

Smooth with a fork, flatten to form a round pizza.

Bake in a pan on low heat under the lid for about 7-10 minutes.

Turn over, smear with adjika, sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven for another ~ 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
