 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 30 g Rice flour
 30 g Corn flour
 17 g Coconut oil
 A pinch of salt, sweetener, vanilla
Ingredients for filling
 1 Egg
 300 g Apple
 150 g Natural yogurt
 30 g Raisins
 Optionally add sweetener
Directions

Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for ~ 20 minutes.

Peel and cut into apple cubes.

Beat the egg with yogurt, cinnamon, add raisins, sliced apples, sweetener.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place in a baking tin, forming the sides.

Filled with egg-yogurt-apple mass.

Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake ready. It was ~ 45 minutes for me. But look at the stove.

Except sprinkled with cinnamon. Warm can be served with cold ice cream.
