Ingredients
 4 Small eggs (203 g)
 500 g Apples (already peeled)
 300 g Skimmed milk kefir
 150 g Corn flour
 50 g Erythritol
 30 g Chopped walnuts (may not be less kcal)
 5 g Soda
 Vanillin, cinnamon

Peel and cut 3 apples into thin slices. Saber in a larger container. Can be sprinkled with cinnamon.

Add a penalty to the kefir and allow it to work (choose a double large container, because if the penalty is applied, the kefir will increase in volume).

Thoroughly beat 3 eggs with erythritol. Beat for ~ 3 minutes.

Add kefir to the beaten eggs with a fine.

Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture and whisk everything.

In a bowl with apples pour the beaten dough, mix everything and pour into the form.

Sprinkle nuts on top. I have erythritol fried chopped walnuts.

Put in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for ~ 35 minutes.
