 6 Rice galettes "Toffee Fitos Kupiec" (or any other)
 50 g Cocoa
 100 g Water
 10 g Chia seeds
 Sweetener of your choice (I use zero-calorie syrup)
Directions

First, make the chocolate sauce by mixing hot water with cocoa, chia seeds, and a sweetener. Blend the mixture and leave it in the fridge overnight to cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools.

The next day, crush the cookies by hand and mix them with the chocolate sauce.

Mix and wrap in cling film. Place in the fridge.
