 1.50 l Water
 280 g Fresh beets
 500 g Boiled beets
 300 g Smoked meat (any lean meat 150-170 kcal/100 g)
 213 g Rutabaga
 165 g Carrot
 160 g Sour apple
 145 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 87 g Onion
 25 g Garlic
 12 g Chilli pepper
 50 g Greens (parsley, dill)
 5 g Oil
 Salt, allspice, bay leaves, black pepper, other spices of your choice.
Directions

Bring the pot to a boil with water.

Meanwhile, prepare all the vegetables: grate the carrots and both types of beets, and chop the chilli peppers.

Cut the rutabaga into cubes. Chop the onion and fry it together with the chopped garlic in a pan with 5 g of oil.

Cut the meat and greens.

Place the potatoes, fresh grated beets, and carrots in the pot first.

Cook until the vegetables are semi-soft, then add the grated cooked beets, chilli, and meat.

Cook until done, then add the greens.

Serve with a spoonful of natural yoghurt.
