Quark casserole with peaches (flourless, with protein)

This cottage cheese casserole is so good that before you know it, you'll have to bake a new one.

 4 Eggs
 150 g Egg white
 550 g Skimmed milk curd
 450 g Peaches (or other fruit or berries)
 50 g Whey protein powder
 50 g Erythritol
 35 g Corn starch
 15 g Vanilla sugar (or essence)
 5 g Baking powder
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Place 4 eggs, egg white and cottage cheese in a bowl. Blend everything into a smooth paste.

Add the protein, starch, sweetener, and baking powder and whisk until smooth.

Cut the peaches into small pieces and add to the dough. Stir and pour the mixture into the tin.

Place in a preheated oven at 165-170 °C and bake for ~40 minutes.
