Ingredients
 500 ml Chicken broth (I used 1 bouillon cube)
 200 ml Coconut milk
 250 g Prawns (weight already cleaned)
 120 g Mushrooms (I used chanterelles)
 120 g Tomato
 30 g Ginger
 25 g Scallions
 20 g Dill + parsley
 10 g Garlic
 1 tsp. Brown sugar
 ½ tsp. Curry
 ½ Lime (both peel and juice)
 1 Chilli pepper
 Tom kha soup seasoning (to taste)
Directions

Fry the chanterelles and onion in a little oil (3 g) in a pan.

Make the chicken broth in a pot.

Add thinly sliced ginger, lime peel, finely sliced chili pepper and curry powder to the broth in a pot. Cook for ~5 min.

Add the sugar and lime juice and stir.

Add the prawns and cut tomatoes. Allow to bubble gently for 3-4 min.

Add the coconut milk, stir, and bring to the desired temperature. At the very end, add the greens ( scallions, dill, parsley).

Serve with fresh coriander.
