
Avocado - lime ice cream (Keto, lactose free)
We continue to eat ice cream, because it's summer! This time without lactose.
It's pizza time in our home -:)

Prepare the pizza dough - stir the yeast, salt and sugar into the warm water. Add the flour. Mix thoroughly (~3-4 minutes until the dough is smooth and does not stick to your hands). Cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, knead the dough, cover it and place it in a warm place again for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the topping: halve the cherry tomatoes and olives, grate the cheeses, slice the onion and marinate it in the raspberry vinegar.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Place each on a separate sheet of baking paper, roll out thinly, brush with adjika and arrange the filling on top.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 °C and bake for ~20 minutes.
