 500 Chicken fillet
 400 g Canned tomatoes (chunks) in their own juice
 150 g Carrot
 150 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 150 g Onion
 30 g Garlic
 30 g Spinach
 25 g Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp Flour for thickening (I used rice flour)
 1 tbsp Spices "Hmeli-suneli"
 1 tbsp Mango chilli seasoning "Santa Maria"
 Salt
Directions

First, cut the chicken fillet and all the vegetables. Cut the carrots into thin slices.

Place the chicken fillets, onions and garlic in a deep frying pan with heated oil (25 g). Fry everything quickly.

Add salt, spices, sliced carrots, bell peppers. Mix everything and leave to stew.

When everything is almost ready, add the tomatoes and chickpeas.

Just before the end, add the spinach, stir in a spoonful of flour, and bring to a boil, stirring.
