Quick Carrot Cake (Microwave)
I don't believe in how delicious a cake can be baked simply in the microwave. I had a great morning with a delicious cake for breakfast - ~ 300 Kcal each. Great start to the day!
Is someone so tired of chicken fillet that they can't look at it anymore? Try this.
Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and fry them in a pan with heated oil (15 g). Add soy sauce, garlic, and all spices (except cornstarch, water and scallions).
When the meat is slightly fried, add chopped bell pepper and leek. Cook until ready.
Add cornstarch to water, mix and add to meat. Heat for ~2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve with rice noodles and vegetables (prepared separately).
