 2 Rice galettes "Toffee Fitos Kupiec" (or any other)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd "Amfora Varške" (or 100 g skimmed milk curd + 100 g natural yoghurt)
 100 g Cherry jam (200 g frozen cherries boiled with sweetener, 120 g water and 10 g corn starch).
 Sweetener of your choice
 Sweet coffee
Directions

Prepare coffee, cherry jam, and curd.

Soak one galette in coffee, place it on a plate and top with half of the cottage cheese.

Top the curd with cherry jam.

Repeat all steps with the second galette.
