Buckwheat with green peas, carrots and chicken fillet
I felt like having buckwheat. It turned out delicious -:).
To say that this is a very tasty soup would be to say nothing. It is very, very delicious and has such great nutritional value!

Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
Add salt and pepper to the turkey fillet mince and make meatballs with wet hands. Drop them into boiling water.
In the meantime, cut the rutabaga in small cubes and add to the meatballs. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add it to the pot.
Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into rosettes. Chop the greens and cut the tomatoes in half.
When the rutabaga and frikadele are half cooked, add the tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, processed cheese and curry paste. Cook until ready.
Add greens at the end.

Everyone always tastes pizza. And it is good that it can be prepared from almost everything that can be found in the refrigerator… As of this time. 🙂

Well, I really wanted my goulash soup too. Of course, in its "style and taste". This time I use turkey meat, which with its fibers quite well resembles beef.

Omelettes are so different. And just delicious! Also omelette in tortilla and with shrimp….
