 1 Egg
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 30 g Rice flour
 30 g Corn flour (or other)
 20 g Coconut oil (or butter)
 A pinch of salt, sweetener, vanilla
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 400 g Dark plums
 120 g Water
 60 g Natural yogurt
 35 g Corn starch + 50g water
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla
Directions

Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for ~ 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, slightly boil the plums with the sweetener until they become soft and begin to dissolve.

Dilute cornstarch with water and add plums. Stir and cook until the mass thickens. The mass is slightly cooled.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place it in a tart mold.

Fill a little cooled plums, pour over beaten eggs with yogurt and sweetener.

The mold is placed in the oven at ~ 175-180 degrees and baked ready. (~ 35 min).
