Buckwheat with chicken fillet mince
Buckwheat with minced meat, almost like in my childhood, but much tastier and healthier.
Another delicacy we can eat both in the morning and in the evening!
Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for ~ 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, slightly boil the plums with the sweetener until they become soft and begin to dissolve.
Dilute cornstarch with water and add plums. Stir and cook until the mass thickens. The mass is slightly cooled.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place it in a tart mold.
Fill a little cooled plums, pour over beaten eggs with yogurt and sweetener.
The mold is placed in the oven at ~ 175-180 degrees and baked ready. (~ 35 min).
