 2 Eggs
 300 g Kefir (2%, but of course can also be used skimmed milk)
 70 g Whole wheat flour
 Sweetener
Directions

Eggs beaten with kefir, sweetener.

Mix everything and bake 5 thin pancakes.

Serve with blueberry "jam", which I quickly cooked from the remaining berries:
Boiled 100g of blueberries in 100g of water mixed with 7g of cornstarch. I'm cool. I add another 150g of fresh blueberries and blend everything.
