Lavash roll with eggs, cottage cheese and cheese
Delicious holiday breakfast!
Who had cottage cheese scones on Sunday morning, who had wholemeal pancakes with blueberries… :)
Eggs beaten with kefir, sweetener.
Mix everything and bake 5 thin pancakes.
Serve with blueberry "jam", which I quickly cooked from the remaining berries:
Boiled 100g of blueberries in 100g of water mixed with 7g of cornstarch. I'm cool. I add another 150g of fresh blueberries and blend everything.
