Cut the cranberries into smaller pieces. Chop the nuts. Mix with millet and orange juice.
Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath.
Mix the chocolate with millet, nuts, and dried cranberries.
Form round galettes on baking paper using a metal ring with a diameter of 8–10 cm. Place about two tablespoons of the mixture inside the metal ring and press down firmly. Remove the ring and form the next galette.
Place in the fridge to let the chocolate harden.
