Cumin cheese - cottage cheese scones

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g 10% cumin cheese
 50 g Flour (to be adjusted yourself, as the amount depends on the moisture content of the curd. I use corn flour)
 30 g Green bows, dill
 5 g Cumin (I like it if you feel it)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Garlic, salt, dry herbs of choice
Directions

Scrape / blend the eggs with cottage cheese, add grated cheese, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, spices, baking powder, flour.

Forms round scones with wet hands.

Bake in a pan greased with oil at a very low temperature, under the lid. 9 ~ 10 min on one side, ~ 7 on the other.
