 30 g Oat flakes
 50 g Oat bran
 30 g Rice flour
 35 g Honey
 50 g Water
Ingredients for Cream
 60 g Blueberries
 90 g Skimmed milk curd
 125 g vFresh cheese Ricotta (11%)
Directions

Cook blueberries, adding sweetener as needed - blend and leave to cool.

Mix all the ingredients in the baskets and set aside to swell slightly.

With slightly damp hands, put the dough in tins and form baskets.

Put in the oven for ~ 25 minutes, ~ 175-180 degrees. Remove and cool.

Finished cream - blend blueberries with cottage cheese and fresh cheese. Add sweetener, vanilla as needed.

The cream is placed in cool baskets - decorated to your heart's content. I have dark chocolate.
